Rael brings experience in operational leadership, service delivery, and commercial execution, and has spent a number of years with Adapt IT Kenya, where she has worked closely with teams across functions and geographies. She is known for her practical, people‑centred approach and her ability to support teams through change with clarity, discipline and care.
Her leadership marks a transformative chapter for the organization, defined by sharp focus and a relentless drive to deliver value to our customers. She brings a distinguished background in scaling businesses and executing strategy; her appointment provides the stability to honor our foundation while championing the innovation necessary for our next phase of growth.
